Hale Wharf – Tottenham


JAC are engaged by the client, Muse, to undertake a quality management role. This is the first stage of a two-part delivery comprising of a mixed use scheme of in excess of 400 units over multiple blocks with tallest being topping out at 21 stories.

The weekly reporting process through both SnagR and a bespoke reporting system has allowed for design issues to be rectified well in advance and good practices adopted throughout the delivery.

JAC are engaged by their client, Orion Land & Development to take an existing derelict site, earmarked for employment and develop this site out for housing and employment.

Chester Balmore

The London Borough of Camden's Chester Balmore development was their first new housing scheme in 30 years, comprising of 53 mixed-use tenure homes and commercial space.

Maiden Lane

JAC were appointed by Camden Council on this regeneration of Maiden Lane estate. The scheme delivered both new houses for local people to rent, helping to generate money that can be reinvested back into the estate.

Netley Lane

JAC were engaged by Camden Council to review the regeneration of an existing space to include a new school facility, pupil referral unit and an Adult Community Learning Centre.
