Ascot Road Watford

JAC were engaged by their JV partner Orion/Pears to propose and deliver a mixed-use site on Ascot Road Watford. This brownfield site was to deliver the maximum opportunity for the JV partnership.

JAC led a team of consultants to deliver a large 485 residential scheme, including 35% affordable housing, retail and amenity space.
This scheme was submitted for planning in January 2017 and following the Committee meeting was granted Planning permission.

Following the planning permission, JAC was engaged to carry out the demolition and remediation of the site which involved a complicated remediation strategy working alongside the demolition. The site was remediated and demolished and is now being built out by the contracts team.
